Equipment trial... hopped into my trisuit to see how this race might go down. Ran a mile, switched to bike mode, biked 15mins, switched back and ran another mile. Felt tired going into first mile, but most of that was just general fatigue. Once I got through the bike, the second run was more "up". Trisuit held up well. I've ridden my bike in it before, but the run was new. And the transition. Generally good though. No rough issues.
Yay. In exactly 4 weeks (March 19) I will be running/biking/running in Prospect Park. Here we go!
