Put the bike on the trainer and did an hour with
Coach Troy. I need to do at least two of these each week at this point. I really want to strengthen my legs for the bike. And I need to just do it. If I don't train, I can't expect September to be any better than July. It is going to take more discipline than I've been exhibiting. Instead of doing this for me, I've been purposely NOT doing it just to wallow. No one is suffering from my behavior but me.
