Fartlek - 4 x 3t, 2r

Ran fast this morning.  Felt good to get up to speed.  I ran the t-sets at 8:13/mi.  I started at 8:00/mi, but felt like I would be going too hard.  I'll work up to 8:00/mi.  Still week one.

Swimming tonight.
