Warm Water Drills

Put my transition bag back into pool mode.  Found myself at the empty gym with a lap pool in repair.  Fortunately, the Y has another, smaller pool for aerobics and kids classes, whatnot.  Since there was no one there, I was able to swim makeshift laps and work on some drills.  The water in the smaller pool is kept about 10 degrees warmer than the lap pool, which was very nice.

I ran a whole list of drills: finger drag, catch up, 3T, underwater switch, one arm, kick drills, and a few others.  Swam for at least 30 minutes.  Was glad that I didn't feel completely lame.  More soon.
